The recently renovated house was clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay. The property owner offered alternative accommodation in Crewe, which was suitable as it allowed us to visit Alton Towers. the house was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
The area where the alternative accommodation was located was run down, with homeless people near the shops. This made us feel uncomfortable and anxious, urging us to leave earlier than planned.

The area the house was located in was very run down. There were homeless people outside the shops at the end of the road and several antisocial behaviours were noted.
